Vintage bowl designed for Iittala Glassworks in 1972.. An authentic piece of Finnish glass design of the 1970s. Ultima Thule, which is inspired by melting ice in Lapland. Wirkkala originally created the structure of Ultima Thule in the 1960s. Thule is an exclusive design that reflects the thousands of hours spent perfecting the glassblowing technique required to achieve this effect.
